PAPA ROACH: New Video Interview

PAPA ROACH's new album, "Time For Annihilation... On The Road And On The Record", is likely to sell between 15,000 and 18,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release, according to industry web site Hits Daily Double. The estimate was based on one-day sales reports compiled after the record arrived in stores on August 31.

The band's previous CD, 2009's "Metamorphosis", opened with 44,000 units to debut at position No. 8 on The Billboard 200 chart.

PAPA ROACH's 2006 album, "The Paramour Sessions", premiered with nearly 37,000 copies — a drop from the 52,000 first-week performance of 2004's "Getting Away With Murder" — to land at No. 16.

"Time For Annihilation... On The Road And On The Record" features a mix of live tracks and new studio cuts. The CD is PAPA ROACH's first release on Eleven Seven Music, after parting ways with Interscope/Geffen Records earlier this year. Singer Jacoby Shaddix said about the move, "We wanted to work with a team who's focused on rock music rather than pop and urban. Moving to a successful indie like Eleven Seven Music gives us that without sacrificing the manpower of a major."
